Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Design and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
-Manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and maintain high performance.
-Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
-Strengthen the organization’s employer brand through innovative campaigns and engagement initiatives.
-Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Required Skills:
-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
-At least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles.
-Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling placement teams.
-Strong understanding of technical roles, skillsets, and industry-specific terminology.
-Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
-Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with stakeholders.
-Understanding of industry trends, labor market dynamics, and regulatory compliance.
-Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.
-Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HR Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
-Experience in acquiring employees with IT background is preferred

Additional Notes:
This position will be working with global organization of independent professional services firms.

Working Set-up: Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
Salary:
₱150,000.00 Monthly
