Salesman Driver

Duties and Responsibilities:
Delivery of LPG Products:

Safely load and deliver LPG cylinders to customers based on the assigned delivery schedule.
Ensure proper handling and stacking of LPG cylinders during loading and unloading.
Verify the quantity and type of LPG products for delivery against delivery documents.
Sales and Customer Interaction:

Act as a point of contact for customers during deliveries.
Promote company products and services to customers and upsell when necessary.
Collect payments from customers and provide accurate receipts.
Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct regular inspection of the delivery truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking oil, tire pressure, and vehicle cleanliness.
Report any vehicle issues or malfunctions to the appropriate department for repairs.
Compliance with Safety Regulations:

Strictly follow safety procedures in handling and transporting LPG cylinders.
Comply with traffic rules and regulations while driving.
Ensure that the delivery vehicle is equipped with fire extinguishers and other safety equipment.
Documentation:

Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of transactions.
Ensure that all delivery documents, including invoices and receipts, are complete and accurate.
Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries or complaints during deliveries and report any issues to the sales or customer service department.
Ensure timely and courteous service to maintain customer satisfaction.
Coordination:

Coordinate with the dispatcher or sales team for route optimization and additional deliveries.
Communicate any delays or delivery issues to the relevant team promptly.
These responsibilities ensure that the driver efficiently handles LPG deliveries while maintaining customer relations and safety standards.
