Job Description

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
Strong knowledge of educational standards, curriculum development, and instructional best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively.
Experience in developing and implementing school policies and procedures.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement school policies and procedures to ensure compliance with educational standards.
Oversee daily school operations, including staff management, student discipline, and curriculum delivery.
Lead staff recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives.
Engage with parents, community members, and educational authorities to promote the school's vision and objectives.
Monitor and evaluate school performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.
Manage school budgets and resources effectively to support educational goals.
Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students and staff.
Stay informed about educational trends and best practices, integrating innovative teaching methods into the curriculum.
