Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or any related field
- Must be a LET passer
- At least 5 years experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Experience in instructional leadership and staff management
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
- Knowledgeable in the use of the computer, especially Microsoft Office Programs
- Must be fully vaccinated, willing to work in Quezon City
Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the preschool and be responsible for managing the schedules, curriculum, staff, and budget
- Ensure that the curriculum and school policies are being implemented as expected and meets the standards
- Evaluate and monitor teacher performance to ensure that students receive high-quality instruction
- Interview, train and supervise teaching and support staff
- Maintain a positive and inclusive school culture that fosters a love of learning and promotes the social and emotional development of all children
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive school culture and promote a sense of community among staff, students and families
- Manage the school budget, including ensuring that all resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Ensure that the school complies with all licensing, health and safety regulations and policies
- Oversee and lead planning and implementation of school events
- Attend meetings with school board and other stakeholders to represent the school and ensure its interests are represented
Schedule
- Full time, 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed
- Salary:
- ₱25,000.00 Monthly
