Job Description

. Head Teacher
Location: Quezon City
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct hire
Availability: Can start immediately
Salary: ₱35,000 - ₱50,000
Preferred: Female, 50 years old and below

Qualifications:
Degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd)
At least 10 years of experience in the related field

Responsibilities:
Oversee curriculum implementation and teacher effectiveness
Manage and motivate staff, ensuring access to resources
Develop and enforce school policies and rules
Organize school events and activities
Oversee school finances
Ensure school safety by coordinating with emergency services
Maintain communication with parents about student progress
Report school performance to the local community and authorities
Assist in program planning and teacher training coordination
