Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Manage and optimize marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website, and paid advertising.

Create engaging and compelling marketing content, including blog posts, website copy, social media posts, and email newsletters.

Analyze marketing data and reports to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.

Assist with the development and execution of marketing events and promotions.

Manage marketing budgets and track expenses.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a marketing role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.

Experience with various marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, CRM, and analytics software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
