Job Description
• Open for Fresh Graduates.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource, Marketing, or any related field.
• Experience: Experience in creating content for internal communications, social media, and recruitment advertising.
• A strong interest in sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment and employer branding purposes.
• Basic knowledge of photography tools and editing software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Actively engage in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates by attending career fairs, recruitment events, and other sourcing activities.
• Assist in identifying potential candidates for current and future job openings, ensuring a continuous flow of talent.
• Collaborate with universities and educational institutions to support recruitment initiatives and foster strong partnerships.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials for recruitment campaigns, job postings, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Capture photos at recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent-related activities to use in marketing materials, social media posts, and internal communications.
• Work closely with various teams, including recruitment, marketing, and internal communications, to support talent acquisition efforts and enhance employee engagement.
