Job Description
Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Contract Duration: 6 months
Salary Offer: up to Php35,000
Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer invoices and payments.
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Resolve any payment discrepancies or issues by coordinating with customers and internal teams
- Maintain and update accurate accounts receivable records in the system
- Generate and send customer statements and payment reminders
- Prepare and reconcile accounts on a regular basis, supporting month-end closing processes
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to accounts receivable and aging balances
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance roles (experience in the EMEA region is a plus)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software (experience with [specific software] is advantageous)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
