Job Description

- Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance operations, or general accounting.
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation and monitoring of cash/funds.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to track transactions, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Description:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and ensure timely collections.
- Record and monitor incoming payments, apply them to appropriate accounts.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Monitor daily cash flow, fund allocations, and ensure accurate tracking of funds.
- Reconcile discrepancies between bank records and the general ledger.
- Ensure the proper documentation of collections, deposits, and transfers.
- Coordinate with clients/customers for outstanding balances and payment follow-ups.
- Generate aging reports, AR schedules, and other finance reports as needed.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Finance Support:
- Assist in preparing financial statements or summaries related to collections and fund movements.
- Work with the accounting or treasury team for internal audits or compliance checks.
- Help implement controls to safeguard company funds and improve reconciliation efficiency.
