Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
▪ Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and pain points.
▪ Design and deliver technical presentations and demos showcasing DevOps solutions.
▪ Translate customer requirements into technical roadmaps and proposals.
▪ Assist with pre-sales qualification and opportunity assessments.
Post-Sales:
▪ Work with the customer success team to deploy and configure DevOps solutions.
▪ Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
▪ Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Knowledge and Skills:
▪ Strong understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies.
▪ Expertise in Linux administration and scripting (bash, shell scripting).
▪ Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
▪ Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
▪ Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus.
▪ Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
▪ Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog) is a strong plus.
Qualifications:
Education:
▪ Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience:
▪ Preferably at least 1 year of Linux and DevOps experience.
