Lead Design Engineer - Quezon City

Design & Engineering:
Create comprehensive AV system designs based on client requirements, site surveys, and project specifications.
Select and specify appropriate AV equipment (displays, projectors, sound systems, control systems, etc.) to meet the functional and budgetary needs of the project.
Develop detailed engineering documentation, including system diagrams, floor plans, schematics, and rack elevations, for use by installation teams.
Ensure designs are compliant with relevant industry standards, building codes, and client preferences.
Provide accurate material and labor estimates including project management, preliminaries, containment, cabling, and tools to ensure cost-effective and efficient project execution.

Team Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, project management, and installation teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
Work closely with AV Account Managers to assess client needs and translate them into technical designs, involving the team as necessary.
Coordinate with AV Project Engineers to ensure the designs align with practical implementation and meet the necessary technical standards.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work with the sales team to assess client needs, develop system proposals, and provide technical input during the pre-sales process.
Participate in client presentations and site surveys to gather information, present solutions, and address any technical questions or concerns.

Quality Assurance & Innovation:
Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all designs meet or exceed technical standards.
