Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining a strong presence in the market.
Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell wines and spirits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, restaurants, bars, distributors, and wholesalers.
Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, offer product solutions, and provide education on the wines and spirits portfolio.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry research.
Present product portfolios to customers and potential clients through tastings, presentations, and events.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned territories to increase market penetration.
Negotiate pricing, promotional deals, and contract terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, detailing performance against targets and market conditions.
Serve as a brand ambassador for wines and spirits, representing the company at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings.

QUALIFICATION/S:
Graduate of any 4-year course, qualified in a business-related field.
Strong knowledge of wines and spirits, with certifications such as WSET or Sommelier being a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Availability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
