Job Description
• Scan and verify all outbound shipments before dispatch.
• Ensure that package details match the dispatch manifest.
• Identify and report incorrect labels, missing scans, or package discrepancies.
• Work closely with the dispatch team to prevent misrouted shipments.
• Ensure all outgoing packages are properly recorded in the system.
• Conduct quality checks to minimize scanning errors.
• Maintain documentation and generate reports on scanning performance.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in outbound logistics, scanning, or dispatch operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in scanning and documentation.
• Familiarity with courier operations and shipping processes.
