Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Appointment Setter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in appointment setting and cold calling, preferably working with US clients. This role will be responsible for setting qualified appointments and generating leads to support our business development efforts. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients professionally are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for senior sales and recruitment teams.
• Qualify leads and ensure prospects meet the necessary criteria before booking appointments.
• Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead and appointment information.
• Follow up on leads, ensure timely appointment confirmations, and reschedule when necessary.
• Work closely with the recruitment and sales teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and communication.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in appointment setting and cold calling (preferably with US clients).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM software and appointment scheduling tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve measurable results.
• Previous experience in staffing or recruitment is a plus.
