Sales Staff (Clerical)

About the role:
Rockford Marketing Corporation is seeking a dynamic Sales Staff to join our team in Tondo Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our sales efforts and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Staff, you will be the primary point of contact for Area Managers, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll be doing:
•Providing the monthly Sales Report for both consignment and outright
•Preparing the monthly incentive list for the Promodisers
•Assisting with the sales process, including printing Purchase orders and scheduling of delivery on partner branches
•Assisting the promodisers for their Pull-out, on-loan, and temporary working schedule and assignment
•Keeping an updated intenerary of both Traditional and Modern Sales personnel

What we're looking for:
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
•Experience in a sales admin or similar role, preferably within the consignment and outright industry
•Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
•Proficient in using relevant software and tools to support sales activities
•A team player with a positive attitude
•A college degree holder
