Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees assigned sales team to ensure that all financial, operational, and sales goals are regularly met or exceeded to support business goals
- Collaborates with upper management to create project plans and set appropriate benchmarks for the sales team
- Partners with upper management in analyzing sales performance, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction data to develop strategies for increasing sales volume and market share
- Supports in establishing relationships with new clients to increase business opportunities for Nabati in the Philippines
- Meets with the clients to discuss products, prices, delivery schedules, or other business concerns.
- Collaborates with the Regional Branch Manager and Human Capital in attracting, hiring, and developing a highly motivated sales team that consistently exceeds client and business expectations.
- Helps monitor the inventory levels of goods to meet client and customer demands for Nabati products.
- Monitors the sales team's performance to support business goals and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Resolves complaints regarding the sales team and takes steps to improve or correct performance.
