Account Executive

About the Role:
• Purpose: Ensure smooth and accurate processing of client documentation and administrative tasks.
• Key Responsibilities:
o Recruitment:
 Daily interaction with the Philippines Recruitment Agency.
 Processing job applications and liaising with candidates.
 Acting as the main point of contact for candidates throughout their journey.
 Managing candidate pool and updating statuses (database management).
 Coordinating interviews and attending initial screenings (via Zoom).
 Document collection and verification.
o Processing:
 Coordinating visa applications and verifying documents.
 Liaising with suppliers (travel agents, English language testing centers, health checking centers, driving schools).
 Creating client info packs and onboarding new clients (e.g., documentation for Migrant Workers Office approval).
o Administrative Support:
 Handling inquiries via email, website, social media, and phone.

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in visa processing, recruitment, or related industries is a plus.
