Job Description
• Purpose: Ensure smooth and accurate processing of client documentation and administrative tasks.
• Key Responsibilities:
o Recruitment:
Daily interaction with the Philippines Recruitment Agency.
Processing job applications and liaising with candidates.
Acting as the main point of contact for candidates throughout their journey.
Managing candidate pool and updating statuses (database management).
Coordinating interviews and attending initial screenings (via Zoom).
Document collection and verification.
o Processing:
Coordinating visa applications and verifying documents.
Liaising with suppliers (travel agents, English language testing centers, health checking centers, driving schools).
Creating client info packs and onboarding new clients (e.g., documentation for Migrant Workers Office approval).
o Administrative Support:
Handling inquiries via email, website, social media, and phone.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in visa processing, recruitment, or related industries is a plus.
