Bachelor's Degree (Open for Fresh Grad and open for any courses)

With Sales/Marketing Experience

Knowledgeable in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Good interpersonal skills (Verbal, Written, Listening, and Assertiveness)

Able to do the job function well even in extreme work pressure

Willing to do overtime work during weekdays and/or weekends from time to time

Job Summary:

Responsible for the solicitation and generation of home loan applications coming from assigned developers. Their duties include providing bank presence in their covered developers by providing adequate support and guidance while objectively enforcing SBC standards. Soliciting accounts from identified banking source developers. Prepare reports, such as, but not limited to: Sales call reports, pipeline Attends marketing activities (such as open houses, project launches, sales meetings, etc.) of accredited developers

Job Description:

1. Markets home loan facility to potential clients through accredited developer partners (Top / Mid-Tier).

2. Responsible for pre-screening, proper KYC, packaging, encoding and recommendation of accounts for approval; ensures completeness and accuracy of documents submitted by referrers.

3. Submits daily productivity report to Sales Officer and Team Leader.

4. Attends regular coordination meetings with developer admin partners together with Sales Officer and Team Leader.

5. Assist Sales Officer during developer events.

6. Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
