Accounting Staff

About the role

Rockford Marketing Corporation is seeking an Accounting Staff member to join our team in our Tondo Manila City Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position. You will maintain accurate financial records and support the company's overall accounting operations.

What you'll be doing:
•Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, handling payments, and reconciling accounts
• Perform bank reconciliation and prepare cash flow using Excel
•Handling order entries and sales invoices
•Support the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
•Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed

What we're looking for:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
•6 months to 1 year of experience in accounts receivables and payables
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
•Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
