Job Description
Position: Invoice Processing Manager
Company Industry: Shared Services Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Flexible
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work on Site
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Holds a bachelor's degree.
Have at least 2 years of leadership experience.
At least 5 years of expertise handling procure-to-pay invoices.
Experience in a Shared Services firm is advantageous.
Ready to work on-site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the invoice processing team, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and opportunities for professional development.
Oversee daily invoice processing activities, ensure adherence to corporate procedures, and address escalated complaints.
Identify opportunities to improve procedures using technology and automation.
Work closely with finance, procurement, and accounts payable departments to ensure timely payments.
Provide regular updates to higher management on processing metrics, issues, and fixes.
