Job Description

Roles: Answer customer inquiries about products and services via different communication channels. Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively. Provide support with product use, technical issues, and troubleshooting. Process orders, cancellations, and returns.

Responsibilities:
Handle client concerns with professionalism & efficiency
Execute refund requests & manage customer service reports
Assist in HR-related tasks: contracts, exit clearances, & employee follow-ups
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong telemarketing, verbal, & English communication skills
Ability to multitask & handle complex situations calmly
At least 1 -2 years of customer service experience
