Job Description

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems or spreadsheets. 

Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits. 

Identify and report stock discrepancies or potential shortages. 

Warehouse worker organizing inventory on shelves 

Order Processing and Shipping/Receiving Coordination: 

Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs paperwork (if applicable). 

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and freight forwarders. 

Schedule deliveries and pickups, ensuring on-time and cost-effective transportation. 

Warehouse worker loading or unloading a truck 

Warehouse Organization 

Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and storage systems. 

Ensure products are stored properly, labeled accurately, and easily accessible. 

Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace. 

Team Communication and Reporting

Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and other stakeholders. 

Report inventory levels, shipping updates, and any supply chain issues to the Warehouse Manager. 

Assist in generating warehouse reports as needed
