The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) was created through Executive Order No. 272 (E.O.272), which directs the transfer of the Community Mortgage Program (CMP), Abot Kaya Pabahay Fund (AKPF) Program, and other social housing powers and functions of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation to the SHFC. Under E.O. 272, the SHFC shall be the lead government agency to undertake social housing programs that will cater to the formal and informal sectors in the low-income bracket and shall take charge of developing and administering social housing program schemes, particularly the CMP and the AKPF Program (amortization support program and development financing program).

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably related to Economics, Finance, Social Sciences or Journalism)
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Training: At least 8 hours of relevant training

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: To be officially employed under DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but shall be assigned and deployed to Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an agency-hired employee.

WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays (8 AM - 5 PM)

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Maintains and analyzes database records of the department, and generates reports based on the data at hand;
2. Collates and monitors reports needed in meetings from various operating departments for information/reference of the Office of the President;
3. Transmits directives, instructions, and other related documents to concerned officers for appropriate action;
4. Attends to specific directives and instructions of the Office of the President and assists in monitoring their execution;
5. Drafts memoranda and other forms of communication, as needed;
6. Coordinates the administrative and logistical requirements of the Office; and
7. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Salary:
₱29,500.00 Monthly
