Job Description

Job Overview
As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to enhance our online presence, increase organic traffic, and achieve measurable KPIs. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in SEO, content strategy, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.

Qualifications:
• Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, content strategy, and analytics.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and PPC campaign management
(Google Ads).
• Web Proficiency: Experience with CMS (WordPress), basic HTML/CSS, and JavaScript adjustments for website and landing page optimization.
• Soft Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities; adept at setting measurable KPIs and tracking campaign
performance.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.

Additional Competencies:
• Knowledge of web development and design principles, including UX.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying informed on SEO and digital marketing trends.
• Leadership experience or a background in mentoring junior team members in SEO and content practices.

Budget: 80K-100K
Work location: Ortigas, Pasig City with opportunity for hybrid set up after regularization (2 days wfh, 3 days onsite work)
Work schedule: 5AM – 2PM or 6AM - 3PM (AU account)
