Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid after regularization: 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)
Salary Range: ₱80,000 - ₱100,000
Work Schedule: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (AU account)

Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to enhance online presence, increase organic traffic, and achieve measurable KPIs. The role focuses on SEO, content strategy, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, SEM, content strategy, and analytics.

Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and PPC campaign management (Google Ads).

Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript for website optimization.

Strong project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Experience in mentoring junior team members and staying updated on digital marketing trends.

Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to develop effective strategies.

Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.

Develop and execute content strategies aligned with SEO goals.

Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns and conversion rates.

Collaborate with web development teams for SEO-friendly design and functionality.

Lead digital marketing projects and mentor junior team members.
