Job Description

A. Market Development

1. Conducts systematic data-driven research as to market technology solutions needs of the market and providing the said information to the Product Management and Marketing Group Head to be used as inputs for product research and conversion to business opportunities

2. Develops, recommends and executes various sales and marketing programs to communicate a strong corporate image, position the company’s products and services to the target market and to facilitate brand activation, and customer loyalty/retention

3. Manages the establishment of the corporate brand by developing and implementing effective communication strategies to the target customers based on their needs, competitiveness, available communication channels and carefully crafted key messages

4. Creates and maintains a Marketing Intelligence Database which includes product sales performance, competitor information, customer feedback and other relevant information

B. Sales

1. Conducts sales calls to convert leads generated through cold calls and emails

2. Ensures that all queries by customers are answered immediately and satisfactorily

3. Conducts sales and technical presentations to clients, in coordination with the Product Engineer.

4. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts

C. Content Management

1. Manages the creation, design, and development of the brand messages and taglines and other creative services intended for digital and traditional marketing of the company’s products and services

2. Incorporates new trends, technologies and methodologies in various marketing channels such as graphic and web design

3. Reviews and approves advertising content through various digital and traditional marketing platforms

4. Monitors, analyzes and submits reports on digital media such as reach, impressions, engagements, audience growth and other social media success indicators and recommends/implements actions to improve the same.

5. Participates in different events and seminars to promote the company’s product and services

D. Client Relationship

1. Maintains good relationship with existing clients through regular touch base, greetings, etc.to ensure customer retention

E. Corporate Planning and Deliverables Monitoring

1. Participates in strategic and operational planning activities of the company.

2. Prepares, submits and presents reports relative to the development of approved plans, the status and assessment of the same.

3. Prepares, submits and presents on a regular basis data-driven analytics on sales generation, marketing and leads generation activities and the results thereof, including but not limited to sales funnel, conversion rates, and other data as defined in the department’s KRA/KPI.

F. Business Process Improvements and Process Documentation

1. Analyzes and evaluates current workflow by initiating business efficiency studies such as time and motion study and the like

2. Revisits existing policies, procedures and work instructions and identifies areas that can be improved.

3. Creates innovative projects and documents policies and procedures to improve overall departmental efficiency

G. Personnel Management

Exercises administrative control over all activities and staff under his management with respect to workload distribution, personnel placement, performance appraisal, training, teamwork, morale, attendance, discipline and work behavior

H. Performs other functions as directed by the management from time to time

IV. JOB SPECIFICATION

1. Minimum Educational Attainment - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related courses

2. Actual Work Experience – Five (5) years' experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development of

Technology and Digital Services in managerial or executive capacity
