Job Description
He/She role should understand the full marketing mix with a solid foundation on creativity/ timelines and ROI. She/he should be familiar with ways to analyze market data, research, and customers’ behavior. He/She should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data on customer behavior and performance metrics through quarterly customer satisfaction surveys and /or other platforms available.
He/She must know how to creatively handle various traditional tools, from brochures, leaflets, and banners. He/She must also be in-depth with Digital Marketing Tools that can help in implementing campaigns and projects to support both corporate and product levels. She/ he will work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Strategy and Positioning:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Develop a deep understanding of the target market and competitors to inform product positioning strategies.
Work closely with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product capabilities.
Go-to-Market Planning, Strategies and Execution:
Lead the development of comprehensive go-to-market plans for lead and demand generation, product launches and updates.
Create and implement effective budget strategies that maximize revenue while maintaining competitiveness and ensure ROI.
Execute data-driven marketing campaigns to generate demand and attract qualified leads.
Utilize a mix of digital marketing, content creation, events, and other channels to reach target audiences.
Implement strategies for lead nurturing, conversion, and retention to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure Leads nurturing and conversion,seamless product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
Performance Measurement:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and regularly assess performance against goals.
Implement tracking and analytics tools to measure the impact of marketing efforts on revenue.
Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Customer Engagement and Retention:
Establish customer feedback mechanisms and gather insights to improve product offerings.
Collaborate with customer success teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with Practice Heads and sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and customer needs.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on marketing initiatives and results.
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and image.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital media or Creative Design field
At least 3-5 years relevant experience
Knowledge of CRM tools, and other productivity tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to use creative tools like: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, canva etc
Able to use Marketing tools like: Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, Facebook and Linkedin Analytics/ Insights, LinkedIn Sales Nav, GoogleSuite tools
Social Media Skill Savvy is a plus
Basic Knowledge of Sales and Marketing
Experience in B2B is an advantage; but not a requirement
Has experience in collaborating with 3rd party vendors/suppliers
Amenable to do fieldwork
Amenable to work in Quezon City
