Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Open to fresh graduates or with minimal HR-related experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of HR software is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
KEY ROLES:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Help with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Provide support in employee onboarding and training programs.
Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR tasks.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required
