Job Description

1.Recruitment Process
Schedule and coordinate job interviews
Assist in screening resumes
Assist in background and reference checks
Assist in preparing job offer letters
Provide support to attend phone and Facebook page inquiries during recruitment activities
Provide support during interview and processing examination with applicants.

2.Record-Keeping
Organize and manage employee records including personal information, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and benefits documentation
Maintaining and up-to-date employee database
Ensure employee data is handled and protected under applicable compliance laws.
Track and keeps the company’s offense record.

3.Human Resources Administrative Duties
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Assist in tracking new hired employees training progress
Provide support during evaluation and processing examination with the employees
Provide support in payroll process by collecting time and attendance records
Addressing employee questions or concerns related to HR policies
Answering benefits-related questions
Staying up-to-date on changes in employment laws
Managing and maintaining various documentation and processes within the HR
Support in preparing official documents related to performance improvement, memorandum circular, notices, suspension, resignation and employee exits. Ensures the employee receives it.
Assist in providing departing employees with check-out documents.
Assist in conducting exit interviews or termination meetings as required.
Serve as the point of contact after separation.
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources
Provide clerical support to all employees

4.Other Administrative Duties
Maintain compliance-related documentation.
Process and monitor the Petty Cash Fund Reimbursement. Ensure that both receipts and reports match.
Answers the Mobile phone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.
Keep stock of office supplies and forms. Place orders when necessary
Perform various administrative responsibilities related to the management of employees.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
