Job Description
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Assist in processing payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
Coordinate employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax withholdings, and benefit plans.
Liaise with benefit vendors and insurance providers to manage enrollments and resolve issues.
Employee Support & Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions and concerns.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews.
Help manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Promote a positive workplace culture and assist in resolving minor conflicts or workplace issues.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, or recognition initiatives.
Administrative & Compliance Tasks
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support audits by maintaining organized and accurate HR files.
Monitor timekeeping systems and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an HR support role, particularly in payroll and benefits.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Solid knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Psychology , or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience with HR
Basic understanding of tax, labor, and employment laws.
