Salary Range: ₱40,000 - ₱45,000
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Job Description:
The HR Generalist manages HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role also involves administering compensation, benefits, and payroll while fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in an HR generalist role; leadership experience is a plus.
Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with AI-driven HR tools is preferred.
