Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist! This role involves handling a variety of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid setup after regularization – 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)
Schedule: 7 AM – 4 PM
Salary: P40,000 – P45,000

Key Responsibilities:
- General HR Administration: Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee concerns, promote a positive work environment, and implement engagement programs.
- Performance Management: Facilitate performance appraisals and provide support for performance improvement.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits and payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Timekeeping & Payroll: Oversee timekeeping processes for accurate payroll processing.
- Company Policies & Compliance: Develop and implement company policies in alignment with Philippine labor laws.
- HR Consultancy: Provide guidance on HR best practices and strategies.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance HR processes for efficiency.
- Other Responsibilities: Represent the company at job fairs and industry events.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience (leadership experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and a positive work environment
- Proficiency in English.

Salary:
₱40,000.00 Monthly
