Job Description

Budget: ₱40,000 – ₱45,000
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid after regularization – 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)
Schedule: 7 AM – 4 PM

Job Overview
Manages various HR functions (onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance)
Administers compensation, benefits, timekeeping, and payroll processes
Maintains accurate employee records
Supports employee engagement initiatives and fosters a positive work environment
Provides comprehensive HR support to drive organizational success and compliance

Key Responsibilities
1. General HR Administration
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation
Handle routine HR policy and procedure inquiries
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Support Talent Acquisition in onboarding new hires
Oversee offboarding (exit interviews, clearance, final pay processing)
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee concerns and conflicts
Implement engagement programs to boost morale and retention
Monitor engagement through surveys and feedback sessions
Manage Culture Builders committee projects
4. Performance Management
Facilitate performance appraisal processes
Support managers in delivering feedback and career development guidance
5. Compensation & Benefits Administration
Administer payroll, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
Ensure accurate claims processing and labor law compliance
6. Timekeeping & Payroll
Oversee timekeeping processes to ensure payroll accuracy
Ensure compliance with attendance and working hours regulations
7. Company Policies & Compliance
Develop and update company policies aligned with labor laws
Conduct regular compliance audits and reporting
8. HR Consultancy
Advise management on HR best practices and strategies
Support talent management, employee relations, and compliance
9. Process Improvement
Continuously evaluate and enhance HR processes
Implement HR solutions to streamline operations
10. Other Responsibilities
Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and HR conferences
Perform other related HR tasks as required

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 5+ years in an HR Generalist role (Leadership experience is an advantage)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government benefits administration
Experience with AI-driven HR tools (preferred)
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
High emotional intelligence and ethical standards
Language: Proficiency in English
