Job Description:
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist oversees full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, and manages recruitment operations. The role involves client collaboration, market research, and leading recruitment projects to ensure seamless hiring processes.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Experience in sourcing both passive and active candidates.
Background in offshore staffing or BPO industry preferred.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment automation tools.
Strong English communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
