Job Description

1. Services all Departments’ manpower requirement in accordance with Management’s approved plantilla.
2. Reviews, evaluates and updates all existing human resource practices and policies. Recommend changes/revisions whenever necessary. Assists in the management of the company’s progressive discipline program.
3. Provides Management with updated labor related issues and provisions. Implements all government related policies concerning employees’ status and compensation.
4. Provides facilities for encouraging employees to express their ideas, grievance and problems directly to the management of the company without resorting to outside interference.
5. Designs training programs in accordance to the training needs analysis in order to develop and improve employee’s career pathing/growth with the company. Conducts employee’s counseling whenever necessary.
6. Conducts/reviews wage and benefit surveys. Proposes employee benefit enhancement programs to Management. Manages the company’s group hospital/medical insurance and related benefits programs.
7. Undertakes special projects relating to job descriptions/specification updates, performance appraisal improvements and long-range staff planning.
8. Manages employee record keeping section.
9. Maintains an atmosphere of open communication so that employees are aware of the company wide activities and events and all other programs that HRD is undertaking.
10. Supervises and provides staff with a continuing education. Maintains high morale of staff.
11. Performs related task that may be assigned by the Superior.
