Job Description

〇 Main function is to assist the HR Manager in the day-to-day transactions of HR as per below:
> Update the Job description of employees and ensure that all employees have a job description
> In charge of filing and updating records on 201 files including the improvement
> Encodes and generates reports of employee information to the HR database as the need arises including employee Profile
> Prepares attendance reports as needed for management meetings and the like
> In charge of updating the master list of employees and Monthly headcount report
> Assist in recruitment and selection activities including screening, examination, and interview process
> Prepares Job offer for newly hired candidate
> Prepares employment contracts for newly hired employees
> Summarizes the Training needed for a Training plan, monitors the training conducted for an update of employee training record
> Update GA and HR files in the shared folder as the need arises
> Conducts orientation for newly hired employees including all company rules and regulations
> Prepares HR written test (English, General Knowledge, and Essay) for screening purposes.
> Assist the GA Manager in the screening of applicants and tabulation of scores including test results and outcomes
> Prepare English Assessment Test for the Seconded employees and Trainers as the need arises
> Assist GA Manager in preparation for company events and other related activities.
> Update the employee profile based on the performance evaluation result
> Prepare performance evaluation form for dealer's evaluation and monitor the deadline.
> Prepare summary of evaluations as needed.

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Related HR working experience and course/degree
Proficient in the English language both verbal and written
Lives around the Bacoor area

1. Shuttle service- no shuttle service but we have a pick-up point at Jollibee Niog Bacoor Cavite along Aguinaldo Highway.
2. Working schedule- Monday to Friday 7:45-6:00 pm

Additional info:
Rice Allowance- P1125/month
Meal Allowance-P1500/month
Transportation Allowance-P1,700

※When it is less than 16 days, IGSC pays the half price from entering the company day to the end of the month.

22.000,00 ₱ Monthly
