Job Description

Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide world-class customer service by responding to consumer inquiries, requests, or concerns about the company products and services within the required service level.
-Collect relevant information, identify issues, assess needs, and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations while adhering to quality guidelines.
-Use available resources such as the Knowledgebase and Laboratory to assist consumers effectively.
-Accurately document and update customer interactions and enter information into the CRM system.
-Maintain performance within KPI goals, consistently meeting or exceeding scorecard expectations.
-Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate channels accurately.
-Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates, and communicate personal training needs to the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:
-Graduate of any 4 year degree course
-With at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service and Troubleshooting
-Excellent American English communication skills
-Proficient in using Oracle and Google applications
-Amenable to work on shifting operations which may include work on weekends
-Company is in Quezon City
