Customer Service Representative

Account: Telco Account

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries
• Provide detailed information on products and services
• Resolve customer issues with a positive and helpful attitude
• Update customer accounts and manage data in the system
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience in every interaction

Requirements:
• No BPO experience required – newbies welcome!
• CUG, SHS or HS diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Must have basic computer skills and be comfortable using online tools
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including nights and weekends
