Job Description
Required Experience:
・Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
・Japanese fluency (N2/N1/Native level) & high English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
・Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.
・Ability to collaborate with teams across different time zones.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Docs, & VoIP software.
・Passionate about customer service and willing to go the extra mile!
・Previous customer support experience is a plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Be the voice of our company! Provide friendly & efficient customer support via email & phone.
・Respond to inbound tickets with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism.
・Manage client accounts, update records, and process client requests.
・Ensure a seamless experience when adjusting client schedules or arranging substitute tutors.
・Monitor & manage multiple communication channels to stay responsive.
・Troubleshoot client concerns, identify root causes, and escalate when necessary.
・Conduct client outreach to verify accounts, share promotions, and offer new services.
・Compile reports on customer satisfaction and contribute to process improvements.
・Support additional projects with guidance from your manager.
