Job Description

Job Overview:
We are hiring Italian-speaking Technical Support Representatives (TSR) to assist customers with inquiries related to various products and services. Support will be provided through multiple channels, including phone, chat, webforms, email, and social media. Agents will document all interactions accurately while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, webforms, and social media messages from customers
Provide prompt and courteous responses to inquiries and concerns
Assist customers with product/service-related questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Make outbound calls when necessary
Basic Troubleshooting:
Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting for customer concerns
Follow standard procedures to resolve basic technical issues
Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 support or supervisors when needed
Information & Guidance:
Offer details about products, services, promotions, and policies
Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and order processing
Documentation & Data Entry:
Accurately record customer interactions and details in the system
Maintain logs of complaints, feedback, and resolutions
Customer Satisfaction:
Strive to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs)
Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
Aim for first-contact resolution whenever possible
Qualifications & Experience:
Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
Proficiency in Windows applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar software)
Strong critical thinking, listening, and conflict resolution skills
Accurate data entry skills (minimum 40 words per minute); ability to listen and type simultaneously
At least 1 year of call center experience with professional phone handling
At least 1 year of experience in technical product support
Prior experience in phone sales is preferred
Age Requirement:
Must be 18 years old or above
Educational Requirement:
High school diploma required (some college education preferred)
Work Schedule:
Flexible schedule required (24/7 operations)
Will support US, APAC, and EMEA regions
