Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist! If you have experience in B2B sales, market research, and lead generation, this is a great opportunity to take your career to new heights.

Location: Biñan City, Laguna
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: ₱18,000 - ₱25,000

About the Role:
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within the aerospace and related industries. You will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, developing tailored solutions, and closing deals effectively.

Responsibilities:
1. Market Identification & Client Acquisition:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential industries and clients.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to position the company effectively.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Establish strategic relationships with businesses in aerospace, aviation, defense, and related sectors.
2. Sales & Business Development:
- Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and direct outreach.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order processing and project execution.
3. Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Develop tailored sales strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing within company guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business opportunities.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain an updated database of prospects and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in aerospace, metal fabrication, or manufacturing)
- Strong market research and lead generation skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of closing deals and developing business opportunities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools
