Job Description

LOCATION: Binan, Laguna
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday [7:00am-4:00pm]
SALARY OFFER: ₱18,000-25,000 depending on experience and potential

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
*** 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in aerospace, metal fabrication, or manufacturing industries.
*** Strong ability to research and identify niche markets and high-potential customers.
*** Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*** Proven track record in developing and closing business deals.
*** Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
*** Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Identification & Client Acquisition:
*** Conduct market research to identify high-potential industries, businesses, and decision-makers that require aerospace fabrication solutions.
*** Analyze industry trends, competition, and client needs to position the company effectively.
*** Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by identifying and engaging key decision-makers.
*** Build strategic relationships with businesses in aerospace, aviation, defense, and other industries requiring precision metal fabrication.

Sales & Business Development:
*** Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and direct outreach.
*** Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with our capabilities.
*** Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
*** Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, project execution, and after-sales support.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:
*** Develop customized sales strategies to convert leads into long-term customers.
*** Negotiate contract terms and pricing in alignment with company policies.
*** Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships for repeat business opportunities.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:
*** Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
*** Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to management.
*** Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
