Job Description

TASQ is looking for English-speaking call center agents in Cebu City to work on site ASAP. The screening interview will be done over the phone.

Qualifications:
- CSR 2 years bpo experience
- not a job hopper
- at least HS Graduates (old curriculum)
- willing to work on site at Cebu City

Salary and Benefits:

- 18-25k basic Pay
- Uncapped KPIs 70%
- Long-term incentives 30% (loyalty for 2 yrs)
- 10 VLs 10 SL 5 EL during regularization
- 150k HMO after 4mos and 1 dependent 90k
- grocery, or free food for employee of the month
- CSR - 40 to 50k package depending on performance (included ND and OT)
-sales-as high as 40-50k basic pay with a package as high as 80k depending on the incentive
