Location: Montage Lower Ground Floor, One Montage, Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Kamputhaw, Cebu City 6000. (Near Elizabeth Hotel)
Account: Unified Core Repair (Voice Support) - Tier 2 Technical and Sales Voice Account
Upon hire:
Starter / Adapter / Expro 1: 14,500 + 2,000 Rice Allowance + 1,500 Complexity Allowance
Expro 2: 14,500-16,000 + 2,000 Rice Allowance + 1,500 Complexity Allowance
Expro 3, 4, 5: xxxxxxx + 2,000 Rice Allowance + 1,500 Complexity Allowance
Qualifications:
•College Graduate with or without BPO Exp
•HS Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate (new curriculum)
•Good to Excellent English communication skills
•Good interpersonal skills
•Analytical and problem solving skills
•Good comprehension skills
•Assist customers with services or feature modifications on account
•Willing to work on weekends and holidays
