Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures that HR policies and practices align with company objectives while fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 2-3 years of HR experience in generalist functions.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferably with knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ISO 1401, & ISO 45001
