We’re Hiring: Sales Operations Manager (BPO – Sales Campaign)
Location: Bacoor, Cavite (Onsite)
Salary: Up to PHP 91,000 (Negotiable)

What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration with US-based clients. Your key responsibilities include:

- Spearheading the launch of new LOBs, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness.
- Overseeing end-to-end sales processes (inbound & outbound), optimizing strategies for efficiency and conversion.
- Managing and coaching Sales Team Leaders, supporting teams ranging from 70 to 100 FTEs.
- Developing sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Directly interacting with US clients, fostering strong partnerships and driving performance improvements.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Extensive experience in launching & managing SDR programs in a BPO sales environment.
✔ Proficiency in end-to-end sales processes (lead generation, pipeline management, conversion optimization).
✔ Proven track record in managing and coaching Sales Team Leaders to exceed targets.
✔ Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive revenue growth.
✔ Excellent communication skills and experience working with international clients.
✔ Willing to work onsite in Bacoor, Cavite.
