Live Stream Manager

Core Responsibilities:

Pre-Event Preparation:
• Plan and schedule the live stream.
• Coordinate with presenters, hosts, and technical staff.
• Test streaming platforms and equipment for quality assurance.
• Set up overlays, graphics, and branding for the stream.
• Ensure proper lighting, audio, and video setups.

Technical Management:
• Monitor internet connection and streaming software.
• Manage encoding and bitrate settings to avoid disruptions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during the live event.

Content Management:
• Oversee transitions between segments (e.g., intros, outros, and breaks).
• Moderate live chat and interact with the audience.
• Ensure adherence to the event’s script or timeline.

Post-Event Tasks:
• Save and archive the live stream recording.
• Edit and repurpose content for future use (e.g., highlight reels).
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback for future improvements.
