Job Description
1. Support Philippine Factories in preparing project proposals.
2. Manage projects according to a determined Gate process and ensure that any scope changes or changes to the financial targets are raised with recommendations for the appropriate action.
3. Be a primary point of contact working with customer Project, Factory and non-Factory representatives.
4. Coordinate with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure design for manufacturability, manufacturing cycle-time and quality targets are met.
5. Ensure a smooth Mass Production product launch for vertical integration related projects.
6. Works with appropriate facilities/industrial engineering/production engineering teams to ensure smooth project transition.
7. Responsible for documenting all aspects of the development project and ensuring that data is captured and used as lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
SKILLS:
1. Experience with Printed Circuit Board Assembly design and/or manufacturing.
2. Ability and drive to meet projects, tasks and/or assignment deadlines.
3. Assertive, Analytical, with strong communication, presentation and organizational skills in a multicultural environment.
4. Project Management Professional an advantage
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate of any Engineering or any Computer Science related courses.
2. At least 4 years’ experience as Program Manager or with a proven track-record of project management..
