Job Description
2. Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting servers, connectivity, and applications to support seamless business operations while protecting systems and data from potential threats.
3. Implements robust security and recovery controls to ensure data accessibility.
4. Involves planning and addressing user-reported issues, ensuring swift resolutions to maintain operational continuity.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with proven experience in Systems Administration.
2. 3-5 years of experience in Systems Administration, including server management, security maintenance and enhancement, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Office 365.
3. Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
5. Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, applying best practices to safeguard the company's data and assets.
6. Ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
7. Solid understanding of business requirements for IT, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
8. Proactive attitude toward learning, professional development, and staying updated with new technologies.
9. Strong knowledge of networking with basic hands-on experience
