Responsibilities:
*Provide legal advice and support to the team on a wide range of legal matters: This includes contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, employment law, and other relevant areas.
*Conduct legal research and analysis: Stay up to date on relevant legal developments in the Philippines and across Asia, providing concise and insightful summaries for the team.
*Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures: Ensure our operations are compliant with local laws and regulations.
*Identify potential legal risks and advise on mitigation strategies: Proactively identify potential legal issues and offer practical solutions.
*Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel: Work effectively with various departments and external legal professionals to ensure seamless legal support.
*Contribute to the development of legal training materials: Share knowledge and expertise with the team through internal training and resources.
